The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bond closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Albright to the mat! Albright manages to get full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Albright has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bond can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bond shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Albright as he avoids it easily.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Albright tries to clinch up but Bond circles away and keeps his distance.
Albright slaps away a takedown attempt from Bond, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bond tries to close the distance and clinch up but Albright swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bond thuds his shin into the meat of Albright's side.
Albright stuffs the takedown attempt from Bond. Bond gets slowly back to his feet.
Eugene Albright has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dond Bond.
Albright looks to clinch

and Bond decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Albright's guard.
Albright manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Bond looks gassed!

Bond is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Bond covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
Albright is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Albright is trying to control but Bond is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.
Bond is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Albright has taken his back.

Albright has got one arm under Bond's chin. This could be trouble... Bond trying to control the other hand but Albright gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Bond has tapped out! The fight is over!
