Abraham Delicious could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Little john's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delicious takes a swing at john's ribcage but misses.
Delicious drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
john tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Delicious wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Delicious advances nicely into full mount.
Delicious stands up from mount. Strange move.
No luck with that takedown attempt from john.
Delicious scores with a jab to the head.
Delicious misses with a jab, cross combination.
Delicious throws a one two combo.
It looks like Little john has been cut.
Delicious shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. john manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
john has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Delicious can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
john had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Delicious is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. john Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Delicious's back instead.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Delicious breaks john's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Delicious slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Delicious avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Delicious seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down john for as long as he can get away with.

john walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Delicious counters with a single leg into guard. john didn't expect that.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Delicious's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
john fails with an attempt to clinch.
john tries to move into range but Delicious moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Delicious lands a hook that stumbles john back into the cage. Delicious follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping john to the canvas! Delicious pounces and lands several unanswered shots - john has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
