The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lotus sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lotus swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The fight stays on the outside here - Jackson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lotus fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jackson manages to avoid it.

A lull in the action here as Lotus stalls from top position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jackson tries to buck Lotus off but Lotus is having none of it.

Lotus stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Jackson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Nice combo by Lotus! Oh, that's hurt him - Jackson falls to the canvas and Lotus follows him into side control.

It looks like Duane Jackson has been cut.

Lotus decides to stand up, so the ref orders Jackson to his feet.
Oh Jackson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lotus connects with a nice cross there... Jackson is looking wobbly and Lotus recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Jackson to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Lotus jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
