The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kierre decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Walker wants to control but Kierre is keeping busy.
Walker wants to improve his position but Kierre is controlling well.
Walker trying to control but Kierre postures up.

Kierre slips a nice elbow through Walker's hands, connecting with Walker's forehead.
Walker is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Kierre frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

It looks like Gabriel Walker has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kierre postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Walker in real trouble here! The ref calls for Walker to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
