The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ondoy checks the leg kick.

It looks like Muay Plata has been cut.
Ondoy lands a nice hook to Plata's body. Plata takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Good leg kick by Plata there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Plata throws a head kick but Ondoy moves out of range.

and Ondoy makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

No joy there for Ondoy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Ondoy keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Plata takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ondoy drops Plata with a huge uppercut! Plata drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Ondoy is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
