Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Bad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Flex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bad comes to the cage accompanied by Rusty Cage by Johnny Cash. Flex has chosen "Champagne" - CAVO as his entrance music. Johnny Bad has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bad throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Flex tries to bum rush Bad with a series of wild strikes but Bad uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Flex moves away from the strike by Bad.
Flex fails with an attempt to clinch.
Flex is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Flex throws a sloppy head kick and Bad moves out of range easily.

Bad shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bad was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Bad avoids the attempt from Flex to control.
Bad is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Flex can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Flex is wriggling around trying to escape.

Bad drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bad jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Flex swings away with a body shot that misses
enabling Bad to counter with a crisp jab.
A slow jab from Bad misses its intended target.
Bad gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Flex.
Bad fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Flex swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bad counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Flex is looking to clinch but Bad is avoiding it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bad lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Bad chips away with some ground and pound.

Bad wants to control from the top but Flex keeps moving.
Bad postures up and lands a big shot to Flex's brow.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bad got a little sloppy there for a moment and Flex has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bad has managed to get both his arms back between Flex's legs - danger averted.

Flex has his foot on Bad's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bad works his way back into a safe position though.

Flex tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bad swats him away and circles back towards the center.

No joy there for Bad, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Flex tries to land a front kick but Bad steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bad, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
