Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Totoy Bato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JT Colossus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bato looks to score with a jab to the body but Colossus is just out of range.
Bato tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Colossus was well out of range. Poor timing from Bato.
Colossus looks to land a combination but Bato avoids it well.
Colossus fails to land with a series of punches.
Bato moves out of range as Colossus strikes.
Bato misses with a looping left.
Colossus connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bato. Bato circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Colossus scores with a jab to the body.
Colossus fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bato avoids it really well and circles away.

Bato throws a series of punches but Colossus avoids them all with ease.

Bato loads up on a big right hand but Colossus slips the punch.
Bato throws a lazy right hand but Colossus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Colossus bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bato's head.

Colossus clobbers Bato with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Colossus.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bato tries to buck Colossus off but Colossus is having none of it.
Colossus is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Bato's shoulder. That is not cool.
Bato avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Colossus.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Bato tries to buck Colossus off but Colossus is having none of it.

Colossus is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Colossus is looking to take a break and control but Bato is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Colossus cracks Bato with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Bato tries to bum rush Colossus with a series of wild strikes but Colossus uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Colossus cracks Bato with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Bato looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Colossus finish him?

Colossus displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bato throws out the jab.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Colossus shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Colossus wants to pass the guard but Bato is defending well.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Colossus perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Bato avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Colossus.
Colossus not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Bato is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Colossus fails with a takedown attempt.
Colossus misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bato lands a glancing blow to the side of Colossus's head.

Bato cracks a nice hook into Colossus's ribs.

Bato swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Colossus tests Bato's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Colossus throws a jab but it's blocked by Bato.

and Colossus counters with a crisp one two that drops Bato! Colossus thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Bato to his feet! Bato is in big trouble!

Bato is rocked!
Totoy Bato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bato throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Oh Bato is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Bato seems to have got his legs back now.

and Colossus counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bato's guard now.

Bato working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Colossus doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Colossus manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Bato is breathing heavily.

Bato is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Colossus is aware though and is defending well.

Colossus is looking to work some ground and pound but Bato has wrist control.
Colossus has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bato is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Colossus is aware though and is defending well.

Colossus got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bato has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Colossus has managed to get both his arms back between Bato's legs - danger averted.

Bato is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Colossus defends well.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Colossus lands with a right and another and another! Bato is in big trouble! Colossus lands again and this time it's lights out for Bato! A quality knockout there for Colossus.
