Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andre Bryant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mamed Khalidovv (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bryant comes into the arena with É o poder blaring out of the sound system. Mamed Khalidovv struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 171.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Khalidovv tries a head kick but it misses.

Bryant drops back looking for a leg! Khalidovv is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Khalidovv manages to kick Bryant off! Bryant jumps back into Khalidovv's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bryant drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bryant jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Khalidovv throws a head kick but Bryant moves out of range.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Khalidovv pushes Bryant off looking to stand but Bryant dives back in and keeps control.
Bryant has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Bryant has hold of Khalidovv's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Khalidovv manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Khalidovv stops Bryant from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Khalidovv is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Khalidovv is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Bryant looking for a guillotine from mount but Khalidovv is having none of it.

Khalidovv really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bryant. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
