The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribeiro changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lei tries to avoid it but Ribeiro manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lei to the ground. Lei escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lei looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Ribeiro shoots for a takedown but Lei saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Ribeiro drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ribeiro jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Ribeiro seems to have locked his on tight now - Lei screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Ribeiro, as he picks up the win!
