Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Thai Jila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lightning Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jila throws a series of punches but Storm avoids them all with ease.
Storm throws a lazy right hand but Jila sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Storm swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Storm avoids a punch combination nicely.
Storm connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Jila misses with the combination.
Jila slips a straight right by Storm.
Storm looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Storm ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Jila tries to bum rush Storm with a series of wild strikes but Storm uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

No joy there for Jila, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Storm might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
