Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chris Mayo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Arkham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mayo comes to the cage accompanied by Super Furry Animals - Golden Retriever. Chris Mayo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayo throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Arkham slips under a jab from Mayo.
Arkham misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Arkham throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mayo's waist but Mayo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Arkham off to one side.
Chris Mayo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bill Arkham.
Mayo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Mayo lands a nice hook to Arkham's body. Arkham takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Arkham takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

The fighters circle momentarily. Mayo darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
