The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
aoki gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows loftis to score an easy takedown into full guard.
aoki seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
aoki has a closed guard, preventing loftis from standing up.
aoki wants to sweep here but loftis controlling him for the moment.
loftis wants to control from the top but aoki keeps moving.
