The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Victorio leaves Anderson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Anderson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Victorio as he jumps to the side.
Victorio fails in his attempt to clinch.
Anderson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Anderson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Victorio tries to hold on but Anderson pushes him away.

Anderson is landing with some decent strikes but Victorio is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Victorio not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
