The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Positions keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Positions loads up on a big right hand but Reed slips the punch.
Some wild striking there from Positions.
Reed circles away from the clinch attempt.
Positions slips under a jab from Reed.
Reed throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Positions counters by clinching up.
Reed lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Reed.
Reed swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Positions slows down the pace here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A right hook to the body lands for Reed.
Positions displaying some good clinch control by pressing Reed up against the cage.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Positions throws a head punch that misses.
A short left from Positions.
Positions presses Reed against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Reed tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Reed slows down the pace here.
A looping hook to the body misses from Reed. Positions does a little dance to reset his feet.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Reed, as that shot connected.
Reed has his takedown stuffed
and Positions counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Terrell Reed has been cut.
Reed swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Positions makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Reed lands a nice hook to Positions's body. Positions takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Reed thows a left - swing and a miss!

Reed fails with an attempt to clinch.
Reed tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Positions counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Reed is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Positions postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Reed is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Positions, into his guard.

Reed stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Positions has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Reed manages to get his head free but now Positions has transitioned to an armbar! Reed grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Positions! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
