The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tyler throws a right and a left that Kochanowski avoids nicely.
Kochanowski moves out of range of the body kick.
Kochanowski fails in his attempt to clinch.
Tyler moves in looking to clinch but Kochanowski pushes him off.
Tyler gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Tyler breaks the clinch.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Kochanowski avoids the elbow strike from Tyler, against the cage.
Kochanowski blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tyler breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tyler fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kochanowski, pushing him back against the cage.
Kochanowski has Tyler pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Tyler manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Tyler breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kochanowski wants to clinch up but Tyler keeps it at a distance.

Tyler swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kochanowski shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Tyler flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Tyler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kochanowski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kochanowski wants to work for an arm triangle but Tyler is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Kochanowski maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Tyler could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Kochanowski has cracked it and Tyler is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Kochanowski!
