Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Knapp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knapp has chosen Chevelle - The Red as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Alyssa Summers and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knapp throws a hook to the side of Dixon's head but Dixon sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Knapp fails to land with a series of punches.
Knapp throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Dixon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Knapp was covering up waiting for the punch and Dixon finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Dixon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Knapp tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dixon was well out of range. Poor timing from Knapp.
Knapp throws a lazy right hand but Dixon sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Knapp fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dixon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Knapp is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Dixon rather than just go for the knockout.

Peter Knapp showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
