The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasp tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nanini paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rasp is looking to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Rasp looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Rasp ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Rasp blocks a head kick by Nanini.

Rasp wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nanini keeps working.

It looks like BV Rasp has been cut.

Nanini drops back looking for a leg! Rasp is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rasp manages to kick Nanini off! Nanini jumps back into Rasp's guard.

Nanini thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Rasp seems to have recovered his senses.

Rasp has his foot on Nanini's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nanini works his way back into a safe position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Rasp misses with a head kick.
Nanini buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
A lazy left from Nanini finds it's target.
Nanini throws a head kick but Rasp moves out of range.

Nanini looks to land a combination but Rasp avoids it well.
