The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Owens shoots in for a takedown but Morris shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Morris slips a jab and a cross from Owens.
Owens throws a right and a left that both miss.
Morris misses with a head kick.
Morris tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Owens moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Morris is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Owens doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Morris.
Morris has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Owens defend it? Morris steps over the head and cranks it - Owens is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Morris!
