Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Christian Troy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Capone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Christian Troy is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Christian Troy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Al Capone!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Capone tries to clinch up but Troy circles away and keeps his distance.
Good shot there by Capone.
Capone misses with a jab, cross combination.
Troy takes a swing at Capone's ribcage but misses.
Troy ducks under a wild hook from Capone.
Troy cracks Capone with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Troy keeps the fight on the outside.
Capone checks a low kick from Troy.
A slow jab from Troy misses its intended target.
Capone takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Al Capone has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Troy misses with a leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Troy.
Troy shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Capone throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Troy on the side of the head.
Troy cracks Capone with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Troy throws a lazy right hand but Capone sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Troy cracks a nice hook into Capone's ribs.
Troy throws a low kick, looking for Capone's leg but Capone calmly moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Troy lands a nice looking body shot.
Christian Troy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Capone looks gassed!
Troy throws a hook to the side of Capone's head but Capone sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Good standup being displayed there by Troy as he connects with a hook.
Capone misses with a double jab.
Capone shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Troy pinned against the cage. Troy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Troy throws a body punch but Capone moves out of range.
Troy tries a head kick but it misses.
Capone fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Troy avoids it really well and circles away.
Capone throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Capone keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Troy tests Capone's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Capone blocks a jab.

Capone loads up on a big right hand but Troy slips the punch.
Troy looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Troy moves into range and connects with a jab.
Troy throws a low kick but Capone avoids it.
Troy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Capone slips under a jab.
Capone moves out of range as Troy throws a body kick.
Troy gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Troy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Capone is one step ahead there.
Troy utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Capone has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Capone controls from within his opponent's guard.
Capone throws and elbow that misses. Troy uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Capone's guard. Nice move by Troy!
Capone is adopting a defensive guard.
Let's hope that Capone has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Capone is trying to control but can't.
Capone is looking for a sweep. Troy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Capone is concentrating on defense, preventing Troy from advancing position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Capone misses with an attempted mid kick.
Troy pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Capone throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Troy works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Troy is staying active underneath Capone, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Capone throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Capone is thwarting Troy's attempts to control the position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

A combination from Capone does no damage.
Capone might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Capone connects with a single shot there.
Troy fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Capone.
Troy fails to land with a series of punches.
Capone throws a jab but it's blocked by Troy.
Troy needs to keep his hands up - Capone had a free shot at his head there.
Capone avoids the head kick by Troy.
Capone scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Capone.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Capone in side control, throwing shots but Troy defends.

Capone sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Troy is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Capone throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Capone wants to lay and pray for a moment but Troy keeps working.
Troy takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Troy managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Capone.

Capone takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Troy is looking for a sweep. Capone is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Capone looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Troy with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Capone throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Capone wants to control but Troy is keeping him busy.

Capone is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Capone is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Capone bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Troy's guard.

Capone postures up in Troy's guard and throws a big left but Troy blocks it.
Troy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Troy is pulling down on Capone's head to control his posture.

Capone seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Troy is trying to maintain the position but Capone is very close to passing his half guard.
Capone is looking for a kimura but Troy is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Capone to get the leverage.

Troy is positioning himself well to prevent Capone advancing to mount.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
