Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marty McFly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lance Armstrong is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marty McFly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lance Armstrong!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Anthony Taglia and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFly showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Armstrong.
Armstrong shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. McFly defends it nicely.
McFly displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Armstrong.
Armstrong bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of McFly's head.

McFly stands up and waves to Armstrong to follow him.

McFly stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

McFly darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

McFly looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Armstrong with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

McFly seems to be working for a kimura but Armstrong defends the submission attempt.

Armstrong throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! McFly escapes and throws Armstrong's legs to the side, diving into side control!

McFly stands up and beckons Armstrong to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



McFly changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Armstrong looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

McFly stands up and we're back to a striking position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Armstrong takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
McFly remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

McFly is taking a breather. Armstrong says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Marty McFly overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
McFly thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Armstrong's head.
Well, if McFly is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Lance Armstrong has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McFly cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

McFly is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Armstrong to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Armstrong shrugs it off.

Well McFly has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
