Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sampsa Pikari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terrell Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sampsa Pikari!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Terrell Reed!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed lands a body shot.
Reed ducks under a wild hook from Pikari.
Reed doesn't manage to clinch there - Pikari circles away.
Reed uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pikari.

Pikari is trying to break the clinch but Reed is controlling him.
Pikari wants to get back to striking at distance but Reed won't allow it.

Pikari wants to free his trapped foot but Reed is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Reed pulls Pikari in to control the position.

Reed wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Pikari postures up in Reed's guard and throws a big left but Reed blocks it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Reed ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pikari moves away.

Reed throws a series of punches but Pikari avoids them all with ease.

Pikari swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Reed clobbers Pikari with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Nice straight punches there by Reed. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Reed.
Sampsa Pikari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reed doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Reed takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Pikari looks to land a left hand but Reed moved out of range nicely.
No joy there for Reed, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The fighters circling - Pikari throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Pikari stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reed swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Reed looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pikari is one step ahead there.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Terrell Reed showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Pikari's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Pikari feints and as Reed raises his hands in defense, Pikari changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Reed wants to sweep here but Pikari controlling him for the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Reed trying to keep a closed guard but Pikari is proving a slippery customer.
Pikari might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Pikari has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Pikari cracks Reed with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Pikari is fighting to break Reed's control of his arms but Reed is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Pikari throws and elbow that misses. Reed uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Pikari's guard. Nice move by Reed!

Reed loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Sampsa Pikari showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Pikari has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
