Ventura has chosen Too much heaven as his entrance music. Tor The Hammer could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jesse Ventura's chin.

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ventura connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The Hammer is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ventura.
Ventura connects with a solid leg kick.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
A knee to the head by Ventura.
Ventura looking to throw knees to the head but The Hammer is blocking nicely.
The Hammer wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ventura has him pressed against the cage.
Ventura slows down the pace here.
Ventura lands a knee to the body.
The Hammer is breathing heavily.
Ventura lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Ventura thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed The Hammer's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ventura working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Ventura feints and then cracks The Hammer's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow The Hammer down.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The Hammer takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Ventura throws a wild body kick that The Hammer sees coming a mile off.

Ventura has taken the fight to the clinch.
The Hammer is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Ventura obliges.
Ventura is trying to trip The Hammer. He has hold of a leg but The Hammer is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ventura persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Ventura postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Ventura stands up over The Hammer, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

The Hammer is looking to break free of the clinch but Ventura has double underhooks.

A frustrated look appears on The Hammer's face as he tries to break the clinch.
The Hammer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ventura misses with a body shot.
Ventura fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt The Hammer.
Horrible takedown by Ventura or perhaps it was just good defense by The Hammer which made him look bad.
The Hammer checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Ventura throws a chopping leg kick but The Hammer manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Ventura wants to clinch.
The Hammer scores with a nice strike.

Ventura walks into a stiff left hand from The Hammer.

A jab from The Hammer finds it's way through Ventura's defenses.
Ventura takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ventura is rocked!
The Hammer throws a pinpoint strike between Ventura's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Ventura crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and The Hammer scores a great knockout victory!
