The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ling catches Hong with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Ling checks the leg kick nicely there.
Ling misses with a straight right.
Ling takes a swing at Hong's ribcage but misses.
Ling lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Ling ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Oh Hong is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hong tries a low kick but Ling avoids it.
Hong seems to have got his legs back now.
Hong moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Hong ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Ling throws an overhand right that lands on Hong's shoulder, as Hong tries to avoid the shot.
Hong feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Ling's calf.

Hong avoids the body shot from Ling.
Ling cracks Hong with a good jab.
Pao Ling seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Ling misses its intended target.

Hong doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hong throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Ling lands a big uppercut and Hong crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hong looks OK. Ling waves Hong back to his feet!

A looping hook to the body misses from Hong. Ling does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ling steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Hong is out on his feet! Ling sets himself and nearly takes Hong's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
