The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mjolnir stuffs the takedown attempt from Colossus. Colossus gets slowly back to his feet.
Colossus just misses with a punch to the body.
Colossus throws the left hand but Mjolnir avoids the punch easily.
Colossus throws a looping overhand right but Mjolnir ducks down to avoid it.
Colossus swings for the body but Mjolnir moves out of range.
Mjolnir connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
A slow jab from Colossus misses its intended target.
Mjolnir looks to land a left hand but Colossus moved out of range nicely.
Mjolnir misses the jab.
Mjolnir fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Colossus.
Colossus shoots in but Mjolnir avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mjolnir takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
JT Colossus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Colossus scores with a nice head shot.
Colossus misses with an uppercut.
Mjolnir tries a head kick but it misses.
Mjolnir defending well as Colossus loads up on a big left hand.
Colossus keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Mjolnir staying out of range there.

Mjolnir pushes Colossus up against the cage in a clinch.

Mjolnir lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Colossus can't get the takedown.
Merrimac Mjolnir has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JT Colossus.
