The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jax avoids the head kick by Freedom.
Freedom looks for the body kick but Jax saw that one coming.
Jax checks a low kick from Freedom.
Freedom is looking to score with low kicks.
Freedom throws a head kick that misses.
Freedom tries a low kick but Jax avoids it.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Freedom, right into the meat.
Freedom dodges the punch combination from Jax.
Freedom throws a head kick but Jax moves out of range.
Jax lands a slapping body shot.
Freedom fails to land the takedown.
Freedom misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jax throws a nice looking combination but Freedom bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jax throws a lazy right hand but Freedom sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Jax checks a leg kick.
Left hook, right uppercut from Jax.
Freedom is breathing heavily.
Jax lands a left and a right that send Freedom crashing to the mat, dazed. Jax thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Freedom is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Jax knocks Freedom out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
