Attenborough has chosen The Odorants - This Night as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, David Attenborough!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Attenborough shoots in for a double leg but Smith sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Horrible takedown by Attenborough or perhaps it was just good defense by Smith which made him look bad.
Attenborough throws a jab when Smith was well out of range.

Attenborough is looking for a kimura but Smith is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Attenborough to get the leverage.

Smith pushes Attenborough off but Attenborough dives into side control.
Attenborough has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Attenborough tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Attenborough has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
