Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Frazier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brij Khali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khali throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Khali throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Brij Khali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Khali looks to land a right hand but Frazier moved out of range.
Khali misses with an uppercut. Frazier saw that one coming.
Khali swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Khali swings for the body but Frazier moves out of range.
Frazier moves away from the strike by Khali.

Frazier looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Frazier is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Frazier wants to lay and pray for a moment but Khali keeps working.
Khali is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Frazier's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Frazier's back!
What can Frazier do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

Khali doesn't have the hooks in and Frazier manages to turn into his guard.

Frazier drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Frazier jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Frazier is breathing heavily.
Frazier wants to pass the guard but Khali is keeping the position.
Frazier would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Frazier stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Khali swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Khali is trying to control the position but Frazier postures up.
Frazier wants to control from the top but Khali keeps moving.

Frazier drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Khali manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Frazier has Khali in his guard.
Frazier wants to hit a switch here but Khali passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Frazier there!
