The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hihnavaara scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
dillo shoots in for a double leg but Hihnavaara sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
dillo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hihnavaara but Hihnavaara pushes him off and we're back to square one.

dillo closes the distance and clinches up with Hihnavaara, looking for a takedown. dillo pushes Hihnavaara against the cage but Hihnavaara circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Hihnavaara lands with a nice combination. dillo backs away looking to recover.
Hihnavaara dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hihnavaara connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent dillo tumbling to the canvas! Hihnavaara pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! dillo was done - good stoppage!
