Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Davi Nanini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lamar Arrington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arrington has chosen Giggs - Look What The Cat Dragged In as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nanini swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Nanini throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nanini throws a sloppy head kick and Arrington moves out of range easily.
Nanini looks to land a right hand but Arrington moved out of range.
A shot to de liver by Arrington. Beautiful body shot.
Davi Nanini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Arrington slips under a jab from Nanini.
Arrington throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Nanini's head.

It looks like Davi Nanini has been cut.
A nice leg kick lands there from Nanini.
Nanini drops his hands momentarily and Arrington takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Nanini takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Arrington fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Nanini on the side of the head.
Nanini is breathing heavily.
Nanini throws a sloppy head kick
and Arrington counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Arrington fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Nanini walks into a left hand.
Arrington bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Arrington cracks Nanini with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Arrington lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Davi Nanini's cut is getting worse.

Arrington lands a big uppercut and Nanini crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Nanini looks OK. Arrington waves Nanini back to his feet!

Nanini is rocked!
Arrington throws a looping overhand right but Nanini ducks down to avoid it.
Arrington connects with a good right hand that stumbles Nanini. Nanini circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nanini gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Davi Nanini's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The fighters circle, before Arrington throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Nanini's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Arrington lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
