Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Graham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and tech nine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graham shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts nine as he jumps to the side.
nine connects with a good right hand that stumbles Graham. Graham circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That was a close round but I would say that Jordan Graham will probably get the nod.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Graham is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. nine can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
You get the feeling that nine really doesn't like being in this position too much.

nine's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Horrible takedown by Graham or perhaps it was just good defense by nine which made him look bad.
nine might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
