Noriega kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is GO TO SLEEP. Orlando Noriega could well score a knockout today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Noriega shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hovi napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Noriega tries to score with some ground and pound. Hovi controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Noriega is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hovi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Noriega decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Hovi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Noriega uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hovi.

Noriega moves into the clinch successfully.
Noriega is trying to drag Hovi to the mat but Hovi just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Noriega digs a right hand into Hovi's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Hovi's gas tank.

A nice right hand lands inside from Noriega.
Hovi wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Noriega has him pressed against the cage.
Hovi tries to circle away but Noriega has him pinned against the cage.
Noriega digs a right hand into Hovi's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Hovi's gas tank.

Noriega manages to break the clinch.
Hovi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Noriega was well out of range. Poor timing from Hovi.

Noriega lands a big right hand that sends Hovi crashing to the mat! Noriega stays standing though and waves Hovi back to his feet!

Noriega lands a big uppercut and Hovi crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hovi looks OK. Noriega waves Hovi back to his feet!

Noriega connects with a nice cross there... Hovi is looking wobbly and Noriega recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Hovi to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Noriega jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
