Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Halibut Halibut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gorge Jurgel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Halibut comes to the cage accompanied by Peter You Suck. Jurgel is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rock N Roll Train. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halibut lands a body shot.
Halibut looks to land a left hand but Jurgel moved out of range nicely.
A jab from Halibut does it's job there.

Halibut takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Halibut paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Jurgel throws a right hand that Halibut ducks under and follows up with a left that Halibut also avoids with ease.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Halibut tries to land a front kick but Jurgel steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Jurgel fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Halibut.
Halibut misses with a straight left.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Jurgel clinches up with Halibut and pushes him back against the cage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Jurgel.
Jurgel gets control of Halibut's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jurgel will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Oh but Jurgel is tightening it up a little... Halibut has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Halibut reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Halibut taps out! nice BJJ there by Jurgel!
