Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kimbo Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keni Susi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Step into a world - KRS One. Susi has chosen Metallica - Hero of the Day as his entrance music. Keni Susi acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Susi tries for a takedown but Nelson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nelson scoring well with a low kick there.
Nelson misses with a head kick.
Susi fails to land the takedown.
Nelson throws the left hand but Susi avoids the punch easily.
Susi blocks a low kick nicely.
Susi shoots in for a takedown but Nelson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Susi drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Nelson is looking to stand up but Susi isn't so interested in that idea.

Susi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nelson avoids it really well and circles away.
Nelson throws a lazy right hand but Susi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Susi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nelson sprawls well initially but Susi persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Susi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Nelson is just riding it out for now. Susi eventually gives up the hold.
Susi wants to free his trapped foot but Nelson is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Susi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Nelson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Susi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Nelson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Nelson is pushing Susi's head away, looking to escape. Susi manages to hold on to the position though.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Nelson pushes Susi away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Susi gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Nelson is not content to let Susi control the position.

Susi swings around for an armbar but Nelson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Susi's guard.

Nelson decides to stand back up. Nelson steps back and let's Susi get back to his feet.

Susi moves away from the strike by Nelson.
Susi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nelson's waist but Nelson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Susi off to one side.
Susi dives in and grabs Nelson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nelson pushes down on Susi's head and hops out.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Nelson stalks Susi and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Susi's face. Susi staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Keni Susi has been cut.
Nelson missing with a left hand there. Susi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Susi takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Nelson connects with a jab.
Susi avoids a kick to the body.
Nelson tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Susi is able to avoid easily.

Nelson throws a chopping leg kick but Susi manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Susi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nelson but Nelson pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Nelson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Susi was well out of range. Poor timing from Nelson.

Nelson leaves Susi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Horrible takedown by Susi or perhaps it was just good defense by Nelson which made him look bad.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Nelson looks to score with a jab to the body but Susi is just out of range.
Nelson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Susi.
Susi gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Nelson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
