The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yellow thows a body shot but no joy.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Nurmelainen.

Nurmelainen shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Yellow is trying to defend but Nurmelainen finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Yellow wants to get back to full guard.
Nurmelainen tries to pass to full mount but Yellow defends it.
Yellow keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Yellow tries to roll over but Nurmelainen keeps him under control.

Nurmelainen seems to be looking for submissions.

Yellow is wriggling around trying to escape.
Yellow tries to lock up and control but Nurmelainen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Yellow is looking to get to half guard.
Yellow sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Yellow is trying to maintain the position but Nurmelainen is very close to passing his half guard.

Yellow is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Nurmelainen's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Nurmelainen's back!

Yellow cracks a nice hook into Nurmelainen's ribs.

Yellow fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Nurmelainen to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Nurmelainen looks to clinch but Yellow throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Nurmelainen taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
