Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hazan Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and a tope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). tope is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Apaga mas nao bate. a tope told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hazan Ali!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, a tope!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
tope has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Ali finds it's way round the side to connect with tope's head.
tope slips under a jab from Ali.
tope shoots in looking for a takedown. Ali tries to sprawl out of it but tope keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ali manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
tope takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ali lands a left and a right that send tope crashing to the mat, dazed. Ali thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
tope walks into a stiff left hand from Ali.
tope is rocked!
Ali misses with a series of wild punches.
tope takes one on the chin but seems OK.
tope is still on wobbly legs! Can Ali finish him?
Ali lands a nice shot to the body.
tope seems to have recovered his senses.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Ali! tope is backing up but he can't get away as Ali lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops tope and ends the fight. Great knockout.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hazan Ali!
Hazan Ali retains his welterweight title!
