Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ezra Ray!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Midgard attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Ray misses with a hook.
Midgard throws a sloppy head kick and Ray moves out of range easily.
Midgard misses with a low kick as Ray jumps back.
Ray misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ray will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ray lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Ray darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
A head kick misses from Midgard.

Ray fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Midgard is out of range.
Midgard throws a head kick but Ray moves out of range.
Midgard avoids the body shot from Ray.
Tyson Midgard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ray takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Midgard tries to land a leg kick but Ray saw it coming and moves away.
Ray shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Ray misses the shot to the body.
Midgard throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ray blocks a head kick by Midgard.
Some bone on bone action there as Ray checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
No joy there for Ray, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Midgard is defended easily by Ray.

Midgard is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ray sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Midgard throws a head kick but Ray moves out of range.

Ray has managed to clinch.

Midgard drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Ray gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Midgard tries to score a body lock takedown but Ray shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Ray creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Midgard jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ray walks away with a smile on his face. Midgard gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Ray rushes Midgard and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Midgard wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ray scores with a hook to the body.
Ray lands a hook that snaps the head of Midgard backwards.
Ray scores with a shot to the side of Midgard's head.
Midgard tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Ray with an attempt at a knee that misses.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Ray digs a right hand into Midgard's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Midgard's gas tank.
A short body shot lands from Ray as the two fighters clinch.
Ray working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Ray lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Midgard's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Midgard is rocked!

Oh Midgard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ray stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Midgard takes a shot to the head.
Ray connects with a knee right up the middle there - that's rocked Midgard badly! Midgard tumbles to the floor and Ray stands over him, dominant and satisfied with his glorious KO victory!
