Overeem is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Garnett's shoulder. That is not cool.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Overeem wants to control but Garnett is keeping him busy.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Overeem is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Garnett will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Garnett is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Overeem asserts his dominance and retains side control.
