The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A cross from Pacquiao lands.
Pacquiao getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Sobrawl closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pacquiao circles away.
Sobrawl connects with a right hand. Pacquiao shakes it off.
Pacquiao connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Pacquiao is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Pacquiao thows a body kick. Sobrawl tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Pacquiao, right into the meat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sobrawl takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Pacquiao lands a nice looking body shot.

Pacquiao throws a sloppy head kick and Sobrawl moves out of range easily.
Herman Pacquiao is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sobrawl misses the shot to the body.
Pacquiao is looking to clinch but Sobrawl is avoiding it.
Pacquiao tries to close the distance and clinch but Sobrawl swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sobrawl circles away from the clinch attempt.
Pacquiao thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Sobrawl if he has to take too many more of those.
A slapping body kick lands there for Pacquiao.
Pacquiao wants to clinch.
The fighters circling - Sobrawl throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sobrawl throws an overhand right that lands on Pacquiao's shoulder, as Pacquiao tries to avoid the shot.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sobrawl crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Pacquiao - the referee stops the clock and Sobrawl gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Pacquiao. Sobrawl manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Pacquiao wants to clinch.
Sobrawl shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pacquiao as he avoids it easily.

Nice shot lands for Pacquiao.
Pacquiao tries to clinch up but Sobrawl circles away and keeps his distance.
Pacquiao tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sobrawl swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Sobrawl bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Sobrawl looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Sobrawl is breathing heavily.
Sobrawl in side control, throwing shots but Pacquiao defends.

Sobrawl is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Pacquiao looks calm but he's in trouble here. Sobrawl gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Pacquiao is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Sobrawl lets go of the hold and Pacquiao can pop his arm back in it's socket.
