Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Law (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davi Nanini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Law comes to the cage accompanied by Halo. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Law checks a low kick from Nanini.
Davi Nanini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Law, as that shot connected.

It looks like Davi Nanini has been cut.

Nanini knocks Law to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Law is rocked!

It looks like Johnny Law has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Nanini working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Oh Law is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nanini wants to improve his position but Law is controlling well.

Nanini is persistently looking for the submission but Law is defending it well.
Nanini has the hooks in. Law is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Nanini is trying to stick to Law's back but Law is turning into Nanini. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Nanini's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Law.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Law connects with a nice short shot to Nanini's temple.

Law escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nanini gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Nanini drops back looking for a leg! Law is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Law manages to kick Nanini off! Nanini jumps back into Law's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Law throws a head kick but Nanini moves out of range.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Law shoots for a double leg takedown but Nanini sprawls well. He's pushed Law's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Nanini.

Law goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Nanini is on top in guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Johnny Law will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

A slapping leg kick lands for Nanini.
Law misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A solid body kick from Law.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Law crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Nanini - the referee stops the clock and Law gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Nanini. Law manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Law checks a leg kick.

You can see the frustration on Nanini's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Nanini has control of Law's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Law regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Law has his foot on Nanini's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nanini works his way back into a safe position though.
