PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gao Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Gao Silva is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Marsh!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marsh scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Silva doesn't seem bothered though.

Silva gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Marsh to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Marsh sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Marsh wants to pass the guard but Silva is keeping the position.
Silva knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marsh on the ground.

Marsh drops back looking for a leg! Silva is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Silva manages to kick Marsh off! Marsh jumps back into Silva's guard.
Marsh stands and throws Silva's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Silva is looking to regain half guard here but Marsh keeps moving and retains side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Marsh wants to lay and pray for a moment but Silva keeps working.
Silva tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Marsh wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Silva is breathing heavily.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Marsh has an Americana. Silva didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Marsh is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Marsh hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
