The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
abubakr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Juice sprawls well. Juice wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. abubakr gets slowly back to his feet.
omer abubakr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Juice counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in abubakr's guard now.
Juice working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Juice lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for abubakr!

Juice is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Juice extends the arm and abubakr is forced to tap!
