Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Action Crackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen Joker & The Thief as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jon Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Crackson is out of range.
Crackson checks the leg kick.

Crackson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Crackson lands a nice forearm strike.
Jackson is looking to reverse the position.
Jackson can't do much from the bottom here.

Crackson looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Jackson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Crackson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Crackson showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Jackson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Jackson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Crackson misses with a takedown attempt - Jackson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Jackson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Jackson there as he acknowledges the shot.

and Crackson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Action Crackson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Jackson has his foot on Crackson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Crackson works his way back into a safe position though.

Crackson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Crackson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Jackson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Crackson defends it easily.

Jackson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Crackson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Crackson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Crackson drops back looking for a leg! Jackson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jackson manages to kick Crackson off! Crackson jumps back into Jackson's guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Crackson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jackson won't be happy with that.

Crackson decides to stand back up. Crackson steps back and let's Jackson get back to his feet.
Jackson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Crackson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Action Crackson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Jackson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Crackson doesn't seem bothered though.
Crackson misses the jab.
Jackson misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Crackson counters with a three punch combo that has Jackson backing up. Jackson nods at Crackson to acknowledge the strikes.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jackson throws a jab but it's blocked by Crackson.

Action Crackson showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Crackson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
