Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nick Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Fernandes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Quick might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to stereoside - my ife. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Fernandes.
Fernandes closes the distance and clinches up with Quick, looking for a takedown. Fernandes pushes Quick against the cage but Quick circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Crunch! Quick slams his shin into Fernandes's torso.

Fernandes scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Fernandes is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Quick defends it well.
Quick really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
