Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kane Yamada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Wasa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wasa has chosen UK Subs - Warhead as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kane Yamada!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anton Wasa!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Yamada. No joy for Wasa on that attempt.
Yamada throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Yamada misses with a body shot.
Wasa moves away from the strike by Yamada.
Yamada throws a body punch but Wasa moves out of range.
Wasa shoots in and drives through. Yamada sprawls well.
Yamada just misses with a punch to the body.
Yamada throws a lazy right hand but Wasa sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Yamada gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Wasa closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Wasa shoots in and bounces Yamada off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Yamada wants to stand and escape but Wasa is having none of it.

Yamada throws a right hand that Wasa ducks under and follows up with a left that Wasa also avoids with ease.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Wasa lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Yamada looks to land a combination but Wasa avoids it well.
A punch combination from Yamada misses.
Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Wasa.
Yamada is trying to control Wasa's posture but Wasa avoids it.

I would just about give that final round to Anton Wasa.
I think Wasa has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
