Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anthor Basilicus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shina Aoyki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anthor Basilicus has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aoyki drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Aoyki tries to advance to mount but Basilicus denies him.

Aoyki tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Aoyki is working to tighten is grip on Basilicus's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Basilicus has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Aoyki is really squeezing tight and eventually Basilicus passes out! Aoyki breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
