Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bernard Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blake will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Howard throws a right and a left that Blake avoids nicely.
A punch combination from Blake misses.
Howard throws a looping overhand right but Blake ducks down to avoid it.
Howard throws a shot from downtown. Blake moves away and avoids it.
Howard swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Blake counters with a three punch combo that has Howard backing up. Howard nods at Blake to acknowledge the strikes.
Howard missing with a left hand there. Blake was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Blake drops his shoulder and cracks Howard with a huge uppercut! Howard goes down! Can Blake finish him?

Howard is rocked!

It looks like George Howard has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Blake is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Howard has momentary wrist control but Blake slips an elbow through the middle.
Howard is still in real trouble! Can Blake finish him?
Blake is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Howard seems to have recovered his senses.
Howard is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Howard can do anything to dispel that myth.

Blake is pushing down on Howard's leg trying to pass to half guard. Howard is fighting to maintain full guard but Blake has managed to sneak the leg through.
