Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aalio Paalio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paalio comes to the cage accompanied by Motörhead - Iron Fist. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Aalio Paalio has been cut.
Thompson thows a body shot but no joy.
Paalio walks into a left hand.
Thompson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Thompson pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Thompson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Paalio scores with a hook.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Thompson lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Thompson drops Paalio with a left and a right! Oh, Paalio is hurt - Thompson dives into side control looking to finish!

Thompson connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Paalio some visible discomfort.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Thompson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Thompson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Paalio throws a hook but Thompson blocks it.

Paalio takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Jeez, Aalio Paalio's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Aalio Paalio's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
