Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between T Rex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Dille (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Rex, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dille throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rex sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Rex misses with a takedown attempt - Dille sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Rex looks to land a left hand but Dille moved out of range nicely.
Rex has a takedown stuffed.
Dille throws out a loose jab but Rex uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rex throws a head kick that misses.
Rex just misses with a punch to the body.
No joy there for Dille, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rex shoots for a double leg takedown but Dille sprawls well. He's pushed Rex's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for T Rex. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Rex throws a hook to the side of Dille's head but Dille sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Dille lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like T Rex has been cut.
Rex takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dille avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Rex throws a leg kick that misses.
Dille uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Rex.

Rex falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dille counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Rex is breathing heavily.

Dille cracks Rex with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dille has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Rex to stand back up!
Dille is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Dille fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Rex square on the jaw! Damn, Rex is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
