The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lei tries to clinch but ROBLES moves out of range.
ROBLES darts in and clinches Lei up against the cage.
Lei throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but ROBLES blocks it with crossed arms.
Lei has ROBLES pressed against the cage, preventing ROBLES from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
A nice right hand lands inside from ROBLES.
ROBLES tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Lei looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Lei misses with a punch to the body.
ROBLES has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lei uses from the top position.
ROBLES manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lei manages to get himself to full guard.

and ROBLES counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Lei's guard now.
ROBLES slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Lei has momentary wrist control but ROBLES slips an elbow through the middle.

ROBLES stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lei swivels though and keeps the full guard.
ROBLES is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Lei throws a sloppy head kick and ROBLES moves out of range easily.
Frito Lei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for ROBLES, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
