Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peter Fisher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Braylon Beswicke!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Anthony Taglia and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beswicke swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Beswicke gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Beswicke breaks from the clinch.

Beswicke moves into the clinch.

Beswicke breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A slow jab from Beswicke misses its intended target.
Beswicke punishes Fisher's body with a nice straight punch.
Fisher falls off balance throwing a combination
and Beswicke counters with a nice low kick that buckles Fisher's knee momentarily.
Fisher throws a sloppy head kick
and Beswicke connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fisher swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Fisher swings wildly with an uppercut but Beswicke uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fisher misses with some punches.
Beswicke pushes Fisher back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Beswicke slowing the pace effectively.

Beswicke breaks the clinch.
Beswicke uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Fisher.
Nice shot by Beswicke.
A telegraphed right hand from Fisher misses the target.
Fisher ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Beswicke moves away.
Fisher paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fisher throws a half hearted mid kick.
Beswicke dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fisher. That did some damage!
Beswicke throws a nice looking combination but Fisher bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Beswicke scores with a leg kick.
Beswicke scores with the left hand. Fisher knows he should have avoided that one.
Fisher uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Beswicke.
Fisher misses with a looping left.
Beswicke smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Beswicke lands a head kick. Fisher smiles back at him and beckons him forward.


It looks like Peter Fisher has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fisher tries to land a body kick

and Beswicke counters by clinching up.
Fisher misses with the head strike.

Beswicke manages to break the clinch.
Fisher swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Fisher throws a right hand that Beswicke ducks under and follows up with a left that Beswicke also avoids with ease.
Beswicke cracks Fisher with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Fisher tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Fisher is breathing heavily.

Beswicke closes the distance and clinches.
Beswicke lands with a short shot to the head.
Beswicke lands a hook to the side of the head.
A short body shot lands from Beswicke as the two fighters clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Beswicke breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice uppercut there from Beswicke.
Beswicke throws a combination. Fisher tries to block but a couple of punches get through.


Fisher is rocked!

Beswicke moves into the clinch.
Beswicke taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
A right handed body shot lands from Beswicke.

Beswicke manages to break the clinch.
Fisher takes one to the chin there.
Oh Fisher is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Beswicke dances in with a quick combination. Fisher is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Beswicke snaps Fisher's head back. Fisher stumbles backwards against the cage. Beswicke steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Fisher's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Fisher just didn't come prepared.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Braylon Beswicke!
